Conscious Touch Playground:

Thursday October 24th 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

We humans need touch and affection. Nurturing, welcome, consensual touch is good for us. Good for our bodies, our hearts, and our spirits. It's good for our blood pressure, nervous system, emotional health, ability to connect with and trust people, and our ability to respect and care for ourselves. It's ignites our creativity, sense of safety, comfort and belonging. Infants who are deprived of touch fail to thrive; we never outgrow that need.

Attachment Therapy Workshop

Monday October 28th 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Why do we experience recurring struggles in our relationships? And why are we so often attracted to those who can't meet our needs?

Early on in life, we develop an attachment style that follows us through life, replaying in our adult relationships and how we feel about ourselves.

Our style of attachment impacts everything from our partner selection to how well our relationships progress to how they end. That's why recognizing our attachment pattern can help us understand our strengths and vulnerabilities in close relationships.

This workshop is an introduction to the Attachment Theory in adults. You'll learn to identify your or your partner's attachment style, how to recognize activating or deactivating strategies in your relationships, and what to be aware of to have lasting and thriving connections.

Monthly Shamanic Journeying Practice:

The First Thursdays of each month. November 7th 2019, December 5th 2019, January 5th 2020 etc.

This is a monthly circle for shamanic practice and shamanic journeying lead by Tracey Shulsinger. We celebrate life and spirit by opening, releasing, connecting and refilling with our sacred essence and power. If you are new to shamanic journeying, let me know and I will share with you what you can do during the shamanic journeys, and give you some options for learning to journey!

Traits of the Masculine and Feminine

December 7th

A 2 day workshop around understanding the traits of the Masculine and Feminine. The dance within. And how to dance with others in balance. This workshop facilitated by Carlos and Tracy offered December 7th at a location in nature near Windsor Colorado 3130 Labrador Lane, Wellington Colorado. Bill Combs and his wife Rebecca open up their new gathering space for us. Bill is a fellow Shamanic healer that has been loving assembling a powerful Medicine Wheel on his property with the chickens, goats, and donkeys. The second day of this workshop will be at Kunti’s Cottage overlooking Washington park in Denver at 1215 E Virginia Ave Denver on January 11th 2020.

Community Tea to Share Space

Kunti’s Cottage will be having a community tea to share space and get to know one another better. The address is 1215 E Virginia Ave. There will have a bit of a theme/question or two to ponder. But the focus is going to be around being seen and understood a bit more to those in the community. And of course like almost all gatherings, bring anyone any age along. The first is Friday December 13th prior to our Soul Shake event.
